La causa; una hernia (L5,S1) Yo sabia que volvería a jugar pero no sabía cuándo ni cómo. !! Llegue por casualidad con Yosue y mi vida deportiva cambio por completo. Cuando me dijo que había creado dos medallistas cubanos olímpicos , una de ellas, mujer con hernia y levantadora de pesas , supe que volvería a jugar tenis. Fue un proceso gradual. Empecé jugando 10 minutos dos veces por semana, hasta lograr jugar 3 o 4 veces por semana ( inclusive torneos ). Es impresionante el conocimiento que tiene por lo que hace, no es un simple masaje. Yosue sabe perfectamente como tratar cada caso porque sabe como funciona cada ligamento , cada articulación, cada hueso , cada vértebra , ..... Hidratando tejidos, abriendo espacios , generando colageno. Además una parte importante de la recuperación son los ejercicios diarios que él se asegura los hagas perfectos para no lastimarte y que te fortalezcan. Ahora juego tenis y esquío, lo que más me gusta hacer. No tengo palabras para agradecer el bien que hace el experto de expertos en Terapia Física y lo que ha cambiado mi vida deportiva ! Créanme que en estos 6 años había intentado todo , sin éxito. Además cualquier duda te la aclara con cariño hasta que entiendas qué es lo que está pasando en tu cuerpo y como logras tu recuperación. !! Gracias a Dios encontré a Yosue. As a soccer player, staying healthy and performing good is extremely important, and since training here I haven’t gotten injured. Excellent experience at Barrios NeuroSport. I’ve been treated for my knees as well as full body therapy, and the care has been outstanding. The team is very professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated. I also do exercises with them and have seen great improvement. They have a magnificent athlete program where they bring out the best in every athlete, pushing them to reach a high level of performance and development. My oldest was able to play his senior night, after they told him he wouldn't play for 2 months from a knee injury and came back in 2 weeks. He also helped my youngest with his scapula and did something in 2 weeks that other places took 6 weeks to do, thanks to Yosuee and his crew. I am writing to share my exceptional experience with Barrios Neurosport. I sought treatment for severe pain in my right shoulder that persisted even after an emergency room visit and prescribed medication. Despite being unable to secure immediate appointments at several orthopedic offices in Miami, I was able to see Yosue at he’s facility. The results have been remarkable. Within two days of treatment, I regained mobility in my shoulder. After only a week and a half, I have successfully returned to lifting weights.
