Kelly Anne Cinalli

Helping individuals heal, move, and perform at their highest potential through science-based training and integrated movement

Her & Approach

Kelly Anne Cinalli approaches human performance as an integration of strength, movement, and awareness. Her work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, improve movement quality, and build resilience through structured and intentional training.

Combining scientific principles with a deep understanding of movement, she guides patients and athletes through programs designed to restore function, enhance performance, and support long-term physical health.

Kelly Anne Cinalli is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS®), RYT 200 yoga instructor, and multidisciplinary movement specialist. She serves as General Manager and Program Director at Barrios Neurosport Institute, where she leads program development, team coordination, and performance training within a clinical environment focused on rehabilitation and human performance.

With a dual Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sport Science and Dance/Fine Arts from Ursinus College, Kelly brings a unique combination of athletic performance and artistic movement. As a former collegiate Cross Country and Track & Field athlete and member of the Ursinus Dance Company, her background integrates discipline, biomechanics, and movement expression.

Her experience includes leadership roles in top fitness organizations, work with elite military training programs, and choreography at the collegiate level. Across all settings, her philosophy remains consistent: to treat the body as an intelligent system — not just a collection of symptoms — and guide individuals toward strength, confidence, and long-term wellness.
